Ferrosilicon uses:
1.Ferro silicon is used as deoxidizer and alloying agent in steelmaking industry, which not only meets the deoxidizing requirements of steelmaking, but also has desulfurization performance and has the advantages of specific weight and strong penetration.
2.Used as inoculant and nodulator in the casting industry. Ferro silicon can prevent the formation of carbides in iron and promote the precipitation and nodularization of graphite.
3.Ferro silicon can also be used as a reducing agent in the production of ferroalloys.
